• No Emojis or Symbols: We can embroider all standard letters, including most accented characters such as ó and á. Emojis or symbols cannot be included in the personalisation.
• Capital Letters: We recommend avoiding all capital letters as they may affect font size and appearance. Opting for all capitals is at your own discretion.
• Name Size: Names will be embroidered to maximise height or length, whichever comes first. Please note that variations in name lengths will result in different font sizes; this is inherent and non-returnable.
