• Character Limit: Personalise your stocking with a name up to 10 characters long.
• No Emojis or Symbols: We cannot embroider emojis or symbols. However, we can accommodate all standard letters and most accented characters such as ó and á.
• No Block Capital Letters: For the best appearance, avoid using all capital letters. The embroidery font is not suited to this style and may affect the overall look. Choosing all capital letters is at your own risk.
• Name Length: Different name lengths will result in varying font sizes due to the embroidery process. We do not accept returns based on name size discrepancies.
